How does it work?

Forgotten your password? First type your username and email into this form. If you've forgotten your username, contact your library. Then click the send button.

You will receive an email with a link which lets you choose a new password. The link is valid for two hours. If you don't use the link the password remains the same. Important: this is for your password, not your PIN.
